Support - FAQ - Can't Receive Calls

Having problems with not being able to receive calls? Follow our step by step D.I.Y guide to rectify the problem.


  • Make sure you have the telephone handset connected into the correct phone port.

    Please refer to the Codatel Products page, click on the image of the device you have purchased to download a User Guide and a Quick Install Guide.
  • Power off your modem, router and VoIP adaptor for a time period of 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, power on your devices in sequence starting with your router, then your modem lastly turn on your VoIP adaptor.
  • Make sure that you do not have the "Divert to voicemail immediately" option activated in your "Follow me" preferences.
