Having problems with no dial tone? Folow our step by step D.I.Y guide to rectify the problem.



  • Power off your modem, router and VoIP adaptor for a time period of 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, power on your devices in sequence starting with your router, then your modem lastly turn on your VoIP adaptor.

  • Plug your VoIP Adaptor to a different telephone handset

  • Check your Internet connection is valid: Go to www.codatel.com.au - If you can't access our website, please contact your ISP.

  • Make sure your device is connected correctly
