Support - FAQ - No Valid Internet Connection

Having trouble with with no valid internet connection? Follow our step by step D.I.Y guide to rectify the problem.


  • Plug your computer directly into your modem, rather than the VoIP device. Then check your Internet connection is valid. Go to www.codatel.com.au - If you can't access our website, please contact your ISP.

  • Power off your modem, router and VoIP adaptor for a time period of 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, power on your devices in sequence starting with your router, then your moden lastly turn on your VoIP adaptor.
  • Once you have done this, please restart your computer..
